About the Role

Join our healthcare team as a Nurse Unit Manager and help lead the delivery of high quality, patient centred care within a team-oriented clinical environment. You will play a key leadership role in coordinating care delivery, supporting multidisciplinary teams and fostering a positive workplace culture focused on safe and effective patient outcomes.

In this role, you will provide leadership, coordination and line management support to nursing, midwifery and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of care across the service.

Working closely with clinicians, People and Culture teams, referral agencies and healthcare stakeholders, you will support staff development, strengthen team performance,



promote continuous improvement and help create a positive and supportive environment that delivers excellent outcomes for patients and clients.

- AHPRA registration with current practising certificate
