Synergie Australia seeks an experienced NHVR Fleet Allocator / Controller to join our client in Melbourne's Western Suburbs. You will coordinate a busy metropolitan Pick-Up & Delivery fleet servicing palletised freight customers, ensuring NHVR compliance and efficient fleet movements.

You will allocate driver runs, monitor performance, and liaise with drivers, customers and warehouses in a fast-paced setting. Melbourne on-site role with permanent full-time employment.
