The Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Community Nursing team in Mount Barker. The role focuses on delivering person-centred care to clients in their homes and community settings, supporting independence and recovery, within a supportive multidisciplinary setting.

The position is part-time (0.5 FTE, 24 hours/week) with a pro rata salary range and penalties, benefits, and superannuation.
