The South Western Sydney Local Health District is inviting applications for a Community Health Nurse to provide home-based care and support for patients in the Kalgoorlie region. You will work with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to improving patients’ wellbeing and independence.

This role offers full time temporary engagement with a 38-hour week and ongoing development opportunities supported by a Clinical Nurse Educator and Nurse Unit Manager.
