Opal HealthCare is seeking a Care Manager to lead the clinical and care workforce across our Vermont Views Care Community. This hands-on leadership role partners with the General Manager to deliver protected, high-quality, person-centred care aligned to Aged Care Act 2024 and AN-ACC requirements.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive clinical governance, workforce capability, and operational performance while mentoring teams and embedding a values-led culture across the residence.
