Documentation time is paid at your hourly rate.

What you'll do

Wound assessment and management

Medication management and administration





Continence and skin integrity assessments

Clinical assessments, care planning and reviews

Chronic disease monitoring and health education for clients and families

What you'll need

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (or Enrolled Nurse)

At least 1–2 years' experience in aged care, community or residential nursing

A current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check

A current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one

Current First Aid and CPR

A full Australian driver's licence and a reliable, insured vehicle

Strong clinical judgement and explicit, accurate documentation
