From major events including the Australian Open to exciting brand collaborations, pop-ups and new locations, there’s always something happening. With further growth planned across Melbourne, we’re looking for experienced Deli Managers to join the team.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in high-volume service, knows how to bring the best out of a team and genuinely cares about food, hospitality and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

What do you do?

- Take full ownership of a high-volume deli operation, leading both FOH and BOH
- Lead from the floor during peak service, keeping the team and operation moving
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing hospitality team
- Maintain exceptional standards across food, coffee, service and guest experience
- Own key commercial areas including rostering,



labour, COGS, stock, waste and sales
- Drive a positive team culture while identifying opportunities to improve performance and profitability

What do you need?

- Proven experience as a Deli Manager, Venue Manager, Restaurant Manager or similar in a high-volume environment, ideally $50K–$70K+ weekly sales
- Strong FOH + BOH experience, including genuine kitchen experience and confidence leading busy service
- Strong commercial understanding across labour, rostering, COGS, stock and waste
- A genuine passion for food, coffee and exceptional guest experience, with high standards around quality and service
- A hands-on, energetic leader who can build a solid team culture, stay calm under pressure and is committed to growing with the business for the long term
