National 360 is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to deliver person-centred support to NDIS participants in Kallangur and surrounding areas. This role focuses on community, clinic and telehealth settings, providing high-quality PBS to improve daily living and participation.
You will work under experienced clinical leaders, facilitate FBAs, develop robust Behaviour Support Plans and train carers to build capacity while ensuring adherence to NDIS guidelines.
