We’ve refined our onboarding program in direct response to what early career or the most experienced clinicians need — structure, support, flexibility, and a whole lot of heart.

If you’re a new grad, early career OT/SLP or experienced clinician looking to build strong foundations (without the overwhelm), we’d love to meet you. You will join a team of over 15 clinicians all based in one location.

Structured Onboarding & Clinical Supervision

You won’t be thrown in the deep end here.

- A 2-week supported induction period (with full shadowing of all clinicians across the clinic)

- Gradual caseload increase and lower new graduate caseload across the first 12 months.

- A 12-month learning journey with mapped goals

- 1:1 Weekly supervision/mentoring with internal and external OT/SLP for new graduates

- 1:1 Fortnightly supervision/mentoring with internal and external OT/SLP for early career and experienced clinicians
