Key responsibilities

- Oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centered clinical care, conducting complex health assessments and implementing robust care interventions
- Formulate, review, and evaluate comprehensive care plans that reflect the changing needs and preferences of our residents
- Act as the primary clinical point of contact, seamlessly collaborating with General Practitioners (GPs), consultant pharmacists, allied health specialists, and families
- Supervise, support, and mentor Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and personal care assistants to foster a culture of safety and accountability
- Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with legislation, supporting the facility through audit cycles and accreditation requirements

About you

- Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Proven experience in an Australian aged care environment, with a strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Demonstrated competence in complex care management, including wound care, palliative care,



and effective behavioral management
- Specialized dementia care experience is a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead a team and build trust with residents and stakeholders
- Highly developed organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing clinical priorities autonomously
