Learn & Grow Therapy is a family-run paediatric allied health practice that has been part of Brisbane's northside and inner city community for over a decade. We have a multidisciplinary team of 20+ therapists spread across two clinic locations in Brisbane. Our OT service is a team of five and growing, and we're looking for someone who wants to help shape what it becomes next.

You'll spend your weeks

Working with children and families across clinic, mobile, telehealth and community settings, building mastery in your caseload with the backing of an experienced OT team and an intentional growth plan we shape together

Coaching parents and caregivers so strategies travel home and become part of everyday life

Learning alongside OTs and Speech Pathologists through mentoring, peer supervision and joint sessions, so you're never figuring out a tricky case on your own

Helping build a growing OT service, whether that's developing a new group program, refining how we approach sensory and regulation support, creating resources, or bringing an idea to the table that nobody else has thought of yet

You'll fit here if

You have at least 12 months of OT experience (paediatric experience is great but not essential)

You hold AHPRA registration and a valid Blue Card, or are happy to obtain one

You're curious about neurodiversity-affirming, family-centred practice and want to keep deepening it

You enjoy getting better at your craft and like doing that alongside other people

You're excited by the idea of contributing beyond your caseload as you grow

Structured mentoring and supervision through our Clinical Operational Mentors, plus team learning sessions, provider in-services and work shadowing, so your clinical confidence grows alongside your caseload

Pathways into non-clinical portfolio roles as you progress, starting with team wellness projects and opening up to areas like OT service development, resources, social and school readiness groups, SPARK educator training and parent education

Structured project pathways, complete with the project and task management systems to make them work, where the things you build genuinely change how we operate, how we support the team, or what we offer families and our community

A growth pathway we map out together based on where you actually want to go, because getting better at work that matters to you is what makes this profession so rewarding

Flexible rostering and work from home blocks, because autonomy sits at the core of how we operate. We're not counting who's at their desk at 4:36pm. We care that the work is positive and that you've got enough left in the tank to enjoy it

How we work

We're neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based, and we mean it in the day to day, not just on the website. We treat parents as the experts on their own kids. We back our clinicians to make professional judgements without asking permission. And we put a lot of effort into being a place where people feel safe enough to ask questions, try things, and occasionally get it wrong.
