Key Responsibilities:

- Replacing old gas/electric Hot Water units with high-efficiency Heat Pumps .
- Gas capping and decommissioning existing gas systems as per VBA and VEU and safety standards
- Assist team mates with installation of all the products under VEU like heat pumps, heating/cooling, multi-head units, and VRF systems.
- Ensure all installations adhere to the highest safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with the installation team to ensure efficient and timely job completion.
- Monitor team performance, provide guidance,



and resolve on-site challenges.
- Mentor and lead teams of installers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Represent Green Source with professionalism and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of installations and job notes

Your Role:

As a Residential Plumber at Green Source, you'll be responsible for the full installation of Replacing old gas/electric units with high-efficiency Heat Pumps . Gas capping and decommissioning existing gas systems as per VBA and VEU and safety standards

For the right candidate, this role can grow into a team leadership position, where you'll help oversee job quality, train junior staff, and manage in office operations.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

- Proven experience in residential Heat Pump and Gas Capping installation.
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and excellent teamwork abilities.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- A proactive, reliable work ethic with a robust focus on customer satisfaction
- Minimum 2-5 years' experience in residential Heat Pump and Gas installations

Must-Have Licenses/Certifications:

- VBA Plumbing License (for Heat Pump and Gas Capping off)
- Full refrigerant handling license (RAC01 ARCtick License) Not Mandatory But can be a Bonus
- Valid Driver's License
- White Card (Construction Induction Card)
