About the Opportunity
As a Noah's Ark Professional (Key Worker) , you'llwork closely with children and families to deliver evidence-informed earlychildhood intervention that creates meaningful outcomes.
This role is a permanent position based at Melton and willrequire occasional travel to surrounding areas.
You’ll:
- Support children toparticipate more fully in everyday activities at home, in educationsettings, and in the community.
- Deliver therapy andcoaching where it matters most, embedding strategies into everydayroutines and real-life situations.
- Partner with families tobuild confidence, capability and sustainable outcomes.
- Work within our Key Workerand transdisciplinary model, helping families navigate supports whiledrawing on the expertise of a broader allied health team.
- Contribute your occupationaltherapy expertise while continuing to strengthen your contemporary OTpractice.
- Participate in reflectivepractice, clinical supervision and ongoing professional development.
- Help foster a culture oflearning, quality improvement and excellence in service delivery.
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from Occupational Therapists who:
- Have a recognisedOccupational Therapy qualification and current AHPRA registration.
- Are passionate aboutsupporting children and families.
- Enjoy working collaborativelyand building meaningful relationships.
- Bring strong clinicalreasoning and a commitment to evidence-informed practice.
- Are interested in workingwithin a Key Worker and transdisciplinary model.
- Value learning, reflectionand continuous professional growth.
Highly regarded experience includes:
- Complex disabilitysupport.
- Assistive technologyprescription.

- Clinical supervision,student supervision, mentoring, clinical education, or supporting emergingclinicians to build capability and confidence.
You’ll also need:
- Access to a vehicle.
