Bayside Health is seeking a Rotational Clinical Pharmacist to join a multidisciplinary pharmacy team across acute, sub-acute, mental health and community health settings. The role involves medication management, education for patients and staff, and participation in education and training activities.

A rotating roster includes weekday and weekend shifts. Registered pharmacists with AHPRA and hospital pharmacy experience are preferred; Cerner knowledge is desirable.
