St Vincent's Health Australia seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join its Hospital in the Home (HITH) service across Victoria. You will deliver acute-level care at patients’ homes, coordinate care plans, and work within a multidisciplinary team to innovate and improve patient outcomes.

The role requires three years of post-graduate experience, current AHPRA registration, and solid telehealth skills. Queensland/NSW liaison not required.
