As Australia’s largest premium marina & hospitality network, we offer 17 prime marina locations, each delivering a quality service designed around exceptional care for vessels and first-class experiences for our members.

We currently have an opportunity for a Marina Manager to join the team atd’Albora Tin Can Bay.

The Role:

Our members are the focus for all of us here at d’Albora and every team member at d’Albora work hard to ensure we uphold our premium standards at all times.This role requires effective engagement and relationship skills to influence, drive and execute activities that drive customer outcomes in all areas of the marina.

- Inspiring exceptional customer service
- Grow occupancy levels
- Site compliance – specifically WHS & Environmental
- Training and developing the team
- Maintenance &management; facilities, including Tin Can Bay villas.
- Contractor management
- Analysing financial reports and developing strategies to achieve goals
- Community liaison





The successful candidate needs to possess the following experience and skills:

- Minimum 3+ years’ management experience in customer facing operations
- The ability to multi-task and to work well under pressure
- An interest for the boating & marine lifestyle
- A keen eye for attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Excellent people management skills and influencing skills
- Highly developed conflict resolution skills

About you:

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Confident working independently, but also enjoys working in a team workplace
- You think outside the box, and enjoy problem solving.
- Marine industry experience, is preferred but not essential
- Australian Residency / Work Rights in Australia is essential
- Experience in forklift and fuel operations is desirable.

As aMarina Manager, you will be able to work autonomously and be a motivated self-starter who inspires others towards shared goals.

As a business that is at its peak operational performance on weekends, you will be available to work rostered weekends. If you are able to lead by example, have the ability to multi-task, and possess the skills to drive a great team, then this is the role for you.
