Acenda Life is seeking an experienced Case Consultant to join our Group Claims team in Australia. You will manage a portfolio of TPD claims from assessment through finalisation, delivering fair, timely outcomes for customers and working with claimants, solicitors, trustees and medical professionals.

You will review medical, financial and vocational information, prepare detailed assessments and letters, and ensure claims comply with regulatory requirements.
