The Limestone Coast Local Health Network (LCLHN) invites applications for the DAIP Project Lead role. This position coordinates disability access and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.

You will work with leaders, staff, carers, consumers and external partners to advance disability and autism initiatives, develop project documentation, and report on progress within set timeframes. This role contributes to meaningful system-wide improvements.
