Korn Ferry is partnering with a global leader in medical devices to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner into a long-standing and highly successful RPO partnership.

In this role, you'll manage end-to-end the recruitment across Australia and New Zealand, partnering with hiring leaders to attract top talent across commercial, sales, manufacturing and corporate functions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll leverage proactive sourcing, talent mapping and market insights to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes while representing a recognised global brand.

You'll join an organisation driven by innovation and purpose, helping bring products and solutions to market that improve lives every day.

What You'll Bring:

- Proven recruitment experience within agency, RPO, in-house or a blended environment
- Strong sourcing, headhunting and talent mapping capability
- Experience recruiting commercial, sales and/or corporate roles
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to identify and engage hard-to-find talent in competitive markets




- Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience
- Interest in modern recruitment practices, technology and continuous improvement

Experience within life sciences, healthcare or medical devices is highly regarded, although not essential.
