Western Health’s Outer Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Service in Melton invites an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Intensive Support Program (ISP).

Based at Melton, you will work within a small multidisciplinary team providing intensive, recovery-oriented support to adults with complex mental health and psychosocial needs, combining case management with OT assessment and intervention.
