We're recruiting for a leadership position within an established real estate business in Melbourne's inner suburbs. The successful person will take responsibility for the day-to-day guidance, development and performance of a team of 4 Property Managers .

You’ll remain connected to your clients through a small portfolio of approximately 40–50 properties , but the priority of this position is your team.

THE POSITION

Working alongside the Head of Department and senior leadership, you'll become a key point of support across the Property Management division.

Your week will include:

- Leading and supporting a team of 4 Property Managers
- Holding regular individual catch-ups and providing ongoing coaching
- Helping team members navigate challenging or complex matters
- Providing guidance around Property Management processes and legislation
- Supporting consistent service and performance standards
- Managing a small portfolio of approximately 40–50 properties
- Building strong relationships with rental providers and renters
- Working collaboratively with the broader department and leadership team

WHO COULD BE A GOOD FIT?

You don't necessarily need to already hold a Team Leader title.

We're interested in speaking with experienced Senior Property Managers who have naturally become the person others turn to for advice, mentoring and problem solving, as well as established Property Management Team Leaders considering their next move.

You’ll need strong residential Property Management experience, sound technical knowledge and the confidence to handle escalated situations when required.
Most importantly, you’ll enjoy developing people and be comfortable taking responsibility for the performance and support of a team.

Victorian real estate credentials and a current driver's licence will also be required.
