Our client is a multidisciplinary allied health provider committed to delivering high-quality, client-centred care across Melbourne. Their team works collaboratively across NDIS, community, home, school, clinic, and telehealth settings , supporting individuals to achieve greater independence and improved quality of life. They are now seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist Contractor to join their growing and supportive multidisciplinary team.
About the Role
As a Contractor Occupational Therapist, you will:
- Deliver community-based occupational therapy services across Melbourne
- Conduct comprehensive functional, cognitive, psychosocial, and environmental assessments Develop and implement individualised, goal-directed intervention plans Provide therapy focused on improving independence, participation, and daily living skills
- Support clients across NDIS, private, and community funding streams Deliver services in homes, schools, clinics,
and community environments Complete assistive technology assessments and home modification recommendations
- Collaborate closely with families, carers, educators, and other allied health professionals Maintain accurate clinical documentation, reports, and NDS-compliant records Contribute to multidisciplinary case discussions and care planning
Caseload May Include Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- ADHD and neurodevelopmental differences
- Developmental delays
- Sensory processing challenges
- Cognitive and executive functioning difficulties
- Mental health and psychosocial presentations
- Functional capacity and daily living support needs

Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy Current AHPRA registration (OT Board of Australia) Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- National Police Check, Working With Children Check, and First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
