Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) in Victoria is seeking an experienced Policy Adviser to join Industrial Relations Victoria’s private sector team. You will contribute to policy analysis, coordinate reform initiatives, and support inquiries and reviews that shape the private sector and national workplace relations framework.

The role requires robust written and verbal briefing skills, robust research, and the ability to build networks with government agencies and stakeholders.
