The Role

As a Business Growth & Leadership Consultant, you will support the expansion of an established online business through structured communication, mentoring support, and business growth activities.

You will work within a proven online framework, with access to training, systems, and ongoing guidance from experienced leaders.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective clients and partners via online platforms
- Implement business growth strategies using established systems and processes
- Participate in training and leadership advancement programs
- Conduct follow-up conversations and provide information to interested parties
- Contribute to team discussions and collaborative initiatives




- Manage your own workflow, priorities, and performance outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of activities and progress

Typical Daily Activities

- Attending virtual training or leadership calls
- Responding to online enquiries and messages
- Reviewing educational and leadership materials
- Planning and executing daily business tasks
- Engaging with team members and mentors

About You

- Background in business, leadership, education, sales, consulting, or a related field (advantageous but not essential)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
