Minor Hotels’ Oaks Melbourne on Market Hotel is looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our kitchen team on a full time basis. This role supports the Head Chef, supervises the kitchen team, and ensures high-quality dishes and memorable dining experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities include leading the kitchen, assisting in menu development with cost control, managing inventory and rostering, and upholding health and safety standards.
