Mountain Culture have multiple homes, including a state-of-the-art production brewery in Emu Plains. They're looking for a new packaging operator to join them there.
Job Description: Packaging Operator
Full Time | Packaging & Production
We started as a single brewpub in Katoomba in 2019. Within a year, our beer was selling out within hours of release, so we built a 3,000m² production facility at the Foot of the Mountains, capable of producing up to 8 million litres per year. We take our beer seriously and invest in the right technology to back it up. We're looking for a packaging operator to join the team and help us maintain the standard that's made us Australia's fastest growing craft brewery.
What you'll be doing
- Working with the Lead Packager and Production Manager to execute all aspects of packaging.
- Ensuring on time and accurate completion of production and quality documentation for in process beer.
- Operating both can line and keg line functions safely and efficiently.
- Upholding quality standards across all packaging processes as part of the daily team operation.
- Continuously refining processes for efficiency gains, without ever compromising product quality.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a production facility.
- Experience with automated or semi automated pack equipment.
- Current forklift licence with hands on driving experience.
- Self motivated, able to lift 25kg, and comfortable in an ever changing workplace.
- A jack of all trades mindset, not afraid to get your hands dirty and take initiative.
