The Role
We are seeking a energetic and organised School Officer to join our team and help manage the financial and operational aspects of our school. You will play a vital role in ensuring the financial stability of the school, while also managing the school's assets and supporting administrative staff.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with a team of dedicated professionals and will ideally be responsible for providing advice to staff on travel, subsidies, and allowances, overseeing the operation of school databases, records, and management information systems including timetabling, and coordinating onsite therapy services. This will ideally include liaising with therapists, families and school staff to schedule therapy sessions, maintain records,
and support the effective delivery of therapeutic programs within the school setting.
You willideally be responsible for developing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. As a member of the front office team, you will engage regularly with students, families, staff and service providers. An understanding of disability and a commitment to respectful, inclusive interactions with children with diverse communication, sensory, behavioural and learning needs would be highly advantageous. The ideal applicant will be a team player with a positive attitude, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to supporting a collaborative and inclusive school environment.
