Southern Cross Care WA Inc. is seeking a dedicated Recovery Partner for a PM shift at the Mt Claremont facilities to support residents with mental health needs in a community setting.

Using the recovery approach, you’ll work with residents to re-learn or gain skills for independent living, collaborate with care teams, assist with daily activities, and support medication management while pursuing individual recovery goals.
