The Role
You will manage a varied private-practice caseload including:
- Musculoskeletal and spinal conditions
- Sports injuries
- Persistent and chronic pain
- Post-operative rehabilitation
- WorkSafe / WorkCover patients
- TAC rehabilitation
- Private health patients
- Medicare / CDM patients
- NDIS and rehabilitation clients
- Exercise and strength-based rehabilitation
- Clinical Pilates
We want clinicians who can assess thoroughly, explain findings clearly and develop a treatment plan that progresses patients from pain management through to active rehabilitation and long-term recovery.
Who We Are Looking For
We are particularly interested in a physiotherapist who already has private practice experience and is comfortable managing a caseload with a reasonable level of independence.
You should have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- Previous physiotherapy clinical experience
- Private practice experience strongly preferred
- Strong musculoskeletal assessment and clinical reasoning skills
- Good communication and patient-management skills
- An ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive clinical team
- A professional and patient-centred approach
Highly Regarded Skills
Applicants with experience or additional training in any of the following are particularly encouraged to apply:
- Clinical Pilates / Reformer Pilates
- Manual therapy
- Women's Health / Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
- Sports physiotherapy
- Strength and conditioning
- Exercise rehabilitation
- Dry needling
- Persistent pain management

You do not need to have experience in every area.
If you bring strong private-practice foundations and particular expertise in one or two areas, we would rather help you develop those strengths than expect you to tick twenty imaginary boxes.

Earning potential of up to $150,000 per annum is available for the right experienced clinician working an appropriate caseload and hours.
