InterContinental Melbourne The Rialto is seeking an experienced F&B; Supervisor to lead our restaurant, bar, and in-room dining operations. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hotel environment and requires solid leadership and service delivery across all outlets.

You will manage daily F&B; operations, coach the team, ensure brand standards, and contribute to revenue targets while maintaining safety and quality. A rotating roster and RSA are essential.
