The role
You'll take land development projects from raw dirt to titled lots. Budgets, programs, consultants, councils and clients: you keep it all moving. You'll also mentor the next generation of PMs and help set the standard across the business. This is all familiar to you.
You'll bring
- Solid Victorian land development PM experience, consultant-side or developer-side
- A background in civil engineering.
- Commercial sense and a cool head when council comes back with RFIs
- The ability to juggle several projects, all at different stages
- Patience with people and good humour.
Take home: $160k - $180k p/a plus Super, or thereabouts + on site car parking.
