JPS Executive Search & Selection – Campbellfield VIC is seeking a leadership-focused sales qualified to grow its presence across premium packaging markets.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage the sales team, identify revenue opportunities, and build relationships with brand owners, manufacturers, and contract packers to drive quotes, trials and commercial deals. Travel is required with Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide operations supporting the role.
