Foreman / Site Manager – $100M+ Luxury Riverfront High-Rise

A $100M+ luxury riverfront residential high-rise is moving into construction, and we’re looking for an experienced Foreman / Site Manager to join the team from the groundworks stage and carry the project all the way through to final handover .

You won’t be walking into the project halfway through.

You’ll be there from the beginning - watching it come out of the ground, through structure, façade, fit-out and high-end finishes, right through to completion.

Your Role

You’ll work alongside an experienced project team and play a key role in driving the build from the ground up.

Your responsibilities will include:





- Coordinating subcontractors and trades
- Driving programme and construction sequencing
- Managing groundworks, structure and concrete packages
- Overseeing internal fit-out and luxury finishes
- Maintaining quality across every stage
- Managing inspections, defects and commissioning
- Ensuring works are delivered safely and to programme
- Working closely with the Project Manager, CAs and consultants
- Taking the project through to practical completion and handover

What We’re Looking For

You’ll ideally have:

- Experience as a Foreman, General Foreman or Site Manager
- Exposure to projects from structure through to finishes
- Excellent understanding of construction sequencing
- High standards around quality and presentation
- Solid leadership and communication skills
- The ability to take ownership and keep a project moving

Experience on luxury or architecturally detailed residential projects will be highly regarded.
