We're partnering with a global organisation seeking an experienced Payroll Remediation Consultant to lead a critical payroll remediation project ahead of a major payroll implementation.
This role will focus on investigating payroll risks, resolving compliance issues, improving processes, and ensuring the business is ready for implementation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead remediation of critical payroll findings
- Investigate underpayments and systemic payroll issues
- Implement process improvements and controls
- Support testing and validation activities
- Manage local and global stakeholders
- Prepare clear updates and recommendations for senior leadership

- Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation
- Experience in payroll remediation, compliance or transformation programs
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Ability to hit the ground running in a quick-paced environment
