Your Dual-Focus Role Includes:

Clinical Counselling

- Support individuals recovering from injury or illness by addressing emotional and psychological wellbeing
- Guide clients through challenges such as anxiety, stress, and trauma with an emphasis on return-to-work (RTW) success




- Collaborate with allied health and treating professionals to design comprehensive, client-centred recovery plans

Rehabilitation Consulting

- Oversee a diverse caseload, developing tailored RTW strategies aligned with client goals
- Conduct assessments including Initial Needs, Vocational, and Functional Assessments
- Attend case conferences and communicate with medical teams, insurers, and employers
- Identify barriers to work re-entry and deliver sustainable, outcome-focused solutions

- Up to $125,000base salary +20% quarterly performance bonus

What you will need:

- Tertiary qualification in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
- FullAHPRAregistration (Psychology) or membership withASORC, PACFA, or ACA (Level 3 or 4)
- Current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Full working rights in Australia
