Program Performance Lead - Efficiency & Productivity

The Role

Work in a high performance team setting to ensure the organisations most important transformation initiatives deliver measurable and sustainable value.

Specifically this includes:

- partner with the business to identify and quantify value opportunities
- own the end to end transformation framework, driving consistency and transparency
- provide insights on risks and opportunities
- lead continuous improvement on the programs tracking tools and reporting processes
- develop KPI's, targets and performance measures
- reporting and forecasting to ELT

The Person

- Degree in finance, economics or related discipline
- 5 + years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A;, business performance or consulting
- prior experience supporting transformation or business improvement initiatives
- strong analytical skills
- translate data into clear insights
- excellent communication and stakeholder engagement experience
