We are a rapidly growing healthcare organisation with medical centres and allied health services across Melbourne and interstate. Over the past few years, we have successfully opened, acquired and grew multiple healthcare businesses, and we're only just getting started.

As we continue to expand, we're seeking an ambitious Executive Operations & Growth Manager to work directly with the CEO and play a key role in shaping the future of our organisation.

About the Role

No two days will be the same.

One day you may be recruiting a General Practitioner or Allied Health professional.

The next, you could be negotiating a lease, improving clinic performance, opening a new medical centre, reviewing KPIs, meeting with healthcare partners or leading a business growth project.

You will work across recruitment, operations, business development and strategic projects while helping drive the continued expansion of our healthcare group.

Your Responsibilities

Business Growth

- Recruit General Practitioners, Specialists, Nurses and Allied Health Professionals
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and referral partners
- Develop recruitment strategies and talent pipelines




- Identify opportunities to grow existing clinics and support new clinic developments
- Build strategic partnerships across the healthcare sector

Operations

- Support multiple clinics across Melbourne and Perth
- Improve operational performance and efficiency
- Monitor business KPIs and implement improvement initiatives
- Assist with new clinic openings, acquisitions and integration projects
- Support clinic managers and leadership teams

Executive Support

- Work directly with the CEO on high-impact projects
- Coordinate multiple business initiatives simultaneously
- Drive accountability and follow up key actions
- Assist with business planning, reporting and implementation
- Help shape the future direction of the organisation
