Rowing Queensland is seeking an Event Delivery Lead to stand up regattas from calendar draft to post-event debrief. You’ll lead a crew of casual event staff, collaborate with hosts, officials and volunteers, and ensure every rower, coach, parent and spectator has a protected, smooth and memorable day on the water.
Reporting to the CEO, you’ll shape how events run across Queensland, manage end-to-end logistics, and drive improvements through post-event reviews.
