NSW Health in Bankstown is seeking a Community Mental Health Qualified (Occupational Therapist/Social Worker Lvl 1-2, RN, Psychologist) for Bankstown Adult Care Coordination (Pool). You will work in a multidisciplinary team delivering person-centred, recovery-focused mental health care and support consumers on their recovery journey.

The role requires registration with AHPRA (Nurse/OT/Psychologist) or AASW eligibility, and a NSW C-class license.
