The Hamilton Regional Livestock Exchange (HRLX) hasconsistently one million sheep sold through these yards annuallyand is seeking a dynamic Business Manager to lead growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive implementation of the HRLX Business & Marketing Plan.
- Lead business development initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
- Oversee operations, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Develop marketing strategies to increase revenue and attract new agents.
About You:
- Proven experience in senior business management with demonstrated growth outcomes.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Knowledge of compliance and industry best practice.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration and/or Marketing (preferred).
- Agricultural industry experience highly regarded.
