Launch Housing in Melbourne is seeking an Assertive Outreach Worker as part of the Rough Sleepers Initiative (RSI) to support people sleeping rough across multiple Melbourne suburbs. You will engage clients with complex needs, provide timely referrals, and coordinate with partner services to secure housing options.
This permanent part time role (60.8 hours per fortnight) is based at Collingwood with 8:00am–4:06pm hours, wellbeing days, parental leave, salary packaging options and opportunities
