Our client, a leading commercial vehicle business is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales divisions.
This is a key leadership role responsible for driving profitable sales growth, strengthening market presence, managing inventory performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to delivery and aftersales support.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership – full accountability for driving sales plans, leading and coaching your team and managing pricing and negotiations
- Customer development – build robust relationships to drive customer retention and provide tailored solutions to your customers
- Management of pricing, margins, inventory, trade valuations and working with internal stakeholders to ensure positive and on time delivery to your customers
- Compliance – ensure all sales activities comply with Australian Consumer Law and WHS requirements, and professional standards and integrity is upheld in the business
We are seeking a polished and professional candidate with sound achievements in commercial vehicle,
equipment or transport sales solutions, with proven leadership and development of sales teams. You will have a highly developed commercial acumen, excellent negotiation and relationship building skills with professional presentation and communication abilities.
A very strong base salary along with a car allowance and bonus structure will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
