About the role

This hands-on role is ideal for a chef who enjoys variety and has experience working across pizza, larder and hot sections in a fast-paced setting. You'll be part of a friendly and supportive team delivering quality food to our members and guests.

Key responsibilities

- Preparing and cooking menu items across pizza, larder, pans and grill sections
- Maintaining high food quality, consistency and presentation standards
- Assisting with stock rotation, ordering and minimising waste
- Ensuring food safety and kitchen hygiene standards are followed
- Working efficiently during busy service periods
- Contributing to a positive and team-focused kitchen culture

About you

- Qualified chef or equivalent industry experience
- Experience in à la carte, club, pub or restaurant kitchens
- Confident working independently across multiple sections
- Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
- Reliable, punctual and well organised
- Available to work a mix of days, nights, weekends and public holidays
