Role Description The Compensation and Benefits Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Maadi, QLD, responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs. This role includes managing salary structures, incentive schemes, and employee benefits plans to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with local regulations. The supervisor will analyze compensation data, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to support business decisions and workforce planning.

Daily activities involve coordinating with HR, finance, and department leaders,



resolving employee inquiries related to pay and perks, and supporting the development of policies and procedures. The role also contributes to continuous improvement of compensation and benefits processes, ensuring systems and documentation are accurate, up to date, and aligned with Erada Finance’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Compensation Management skills, including experience with salary structures, incentive plans, and Compensation & Benefits program design.
- Candidates should possess Benefits Administration and Employee Benefits experience, with the ability to manage health, insurance, and retirement plans and liaise with external providers.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills, including data analysis, reporting, benchmarking, and proficiency with spreadsheets and HR information systems.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; professional HR or compensation certification is an advantage.
- Experience in a supervisory or specialist compensation and benefits role within financial services or a similar regulated industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present complex information in a clear manner.
