The Opportunity
As the Customer Service and Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality customer service and support to a diverse range of customers, stakeholders and industry partners. You will act as a central point of contact, coordinating customer enquiries, supporting relationship management activities, and working collaboratively across the business to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and professionally.
Your Day-to-Day Impact
- Coordinate and manage customer enquiries, requests and service-related issues.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Support customer engagement initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
- Monitor, analyse and report on customer feedback and service performance.
- Assist with customer communications, invoicing support and trade-related administration.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and systems.
- Contribute to a positive, protected and collaborative team environment.
The Expertise You Bring
- Demonstrated experience working in a supply chain, logistics, port environment, or a similarly complex operational environment.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service, customer support, account coordination or stakeholder engagement role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM systems and customer management tools.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to analyse customer information and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications and equivalent demonstrated experience.
