About the Role

We are seeking an energetic Employer Advocate to generate employment opportunities, build local employer partnerships, and connect job-ready participants with meaningful and sustainable employment.

This role is based within the Westgate Employment Service Area (ESA) and requires regular travel across Werribee, Sunshine, Broadmeadows, and Epping to meet with employers and participants.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate vacancies through cold calling, business development, networking, and reverse marketing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local employers.
- Meet with job-ready participants to identify their skills, experience, and employment goals.
- Match suitable candidates to available vacancies.
- Promote wage subsidies and employment incentives where applicable.
- Support employers and participants throughout the recruitment process.
- Complete administrative and compliance requirements.

About You

- Strong sales, recruitment, marketing, or business development experience.
- Confident engaging with employers and generating new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Positive, resilient, and self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude.
- Current Driver's Licence and own vehicle.

Desirable

- Experience in Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA), Disability Employment Services (DES), Workforce Australia, Recruitment, or Employment Services.
- Experience working with people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and those living with disability,



injury, or health conditions.
