We are looking for an experienced Functional Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience to join our team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in business analysis, stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and delivering technology solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Conduct workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Prepare Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) and Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
- Create user stories, process flows, and use cases.
- Support solution design and functional validation.
- Collaborate with development, testing, and project teams.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.
- Ensure successful project delivery within timelines.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of experience, must be from Financial Services domain and proficient with BA processes..
- Strong experience in BRD, FRD, user stories, and use cases.
- Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
