Mayflower has commenced a search for an experienced and values-driven leader to take the helm of our Brighton East residential aged care community that represents the very best of what Mayflower stands for.

This pivotal role involves leading a large multidisciplinary team to enhance resident lives while driving the site's clinical, operational, and financial performance.

Reporting to the CEO, you will hold full accountability for ensuring the highest standard of care, full sector compliance and financial sustainability. Continuous quality improvement will sit at the centre of how you lead, as Mayflower continues to advance the quality of everything we offer.

There is an established team of three dedicated Care Managers across the home plus a Customer Service Manager who manages the team that support rostering, reception and administration.

You will contribute to the site's annual budget and keep close oversight of expenditure throughout the year, while actively maximising AN-ACC revenue through both new opportunities and disciplined existing processes.

You will build real relationships with residents and families through regular communication and community events and provide the clinical and operational leadership your Care Managers and wider team need to deliver truly excellent outcomes.
