Responsibilities

About the Role

As an Underground Grader Operator, you'll play a critical role in maintaining safe and efficient underground roadways and work areas.

Your responsibilities will include

- Grading declines, levels, stockpiles, and service areas
- Operating water trucks for underground dust suppression
- Performing proactive road maintenance and repairs
- Conducting pre start inspections and equipment checks
- Maintaining machinery cleanliness and reporting defects
- Carrying out tasks safely and efficiently in line with site procedures

Qualifications

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Proven experience operating graders within mining or civil environments
- Nationally accredited Grader competency/ticket
- Current manual driver's licence
- Strong safety focus and commitment to best practice
- Reliable work ethic and positive team attitude
- Most importantly, you'll embody the Redpath commitment:
