In this 12-month contract as a Data & AI Change Lead, you will play a key role in delivering the people side of a major Data, AI & Automation transformation program. Working across business and technology teams, you will drive stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness and adoption activities that help people understand, embrace and realise the benefits of new data platforms, reporting capabilities and ways of working.

This is a hands-on delivery role. We're looking for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and doing the work themselves, rather than developing strategy and handing it off to others. You will be responsible for delivering communications, engagement and change activities directly, partnering closely with program leaders, SMEs and stakeholders to ensure change lands successfully across the business.

We offer a flexible, hybrid work environment that blends remote work with on-site presence as needed to meet key deliverables. Please note, this role will be engaged as a contractor, on assignment at The Lottery Corporation through Hudson Talent Solutions.

What you'll do

- Deliver change,



communication and engagement activities that support the adoption of new data, AI and automation capabilities.

- Create communication materials including leader briefings, presentations, FAQs, stakeholder updates and key messages.

- Coordinate and facilitate workshops, briefings and engagement activities across business and technology teams.

- Partner with stakeholders to identify change impacts, readiness requirements and adoption risks.

- Execute change plans and communication activities aligned to program milestones and delivery timelines.

- Track engagement and adoption outcomes, providing practical recommendations to improve business readiness.

What you'll bring

- Strong experience delivering change, communications or engagement activities within technology or business transformation programs.

- Demonstrated experience creating communications, presentations, stakeholder materials and change artefacts yourself.

- Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex or technical concepts for business audiences.

- Experience coordinating stakeholders, workshops and engagement activities across multiple teams.

- A hands-on, delivery-focused approach with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done.

- Experience supporting data, analytics, digital or technology change initiatives will be highly regarded.
